Hattie Norman

Hattie is creative. She longs to blend and mould materials together to create new, exciting, innovative products. Although graduating from Leeds University with a degree in Food Science in 2019, Hattie’s creativity does not stop with food. She applies the teaching of her degree further, into new walks of life. Basically, she is indecisive about which field she would like to apply her knowledge of  processing manufacture, marketing and commercialisation. Hattie won’t just make you a tasty birthday cake meeting your dietary requirements, some dungarees from your grandpa's old shirt and a new dining table, she will also collaborate with you to develop new recipes, designs and products. Hattie’s main areas of interest are sustainable production and gluten free cooking.
