Shipping Policy

Lead time: If your purchase contains a custom made or personalised item it may take us up to 2 to 3 weeks make it (items from the 'In Our Workshop' range can have a longer lead time of 2 to 3 months. However, if you need your purchase by a specific date, email us and we will try our best to help you out. All other items will be posted within 1 to 3 working days.

Locations: Currently, we only ship within the UK.

 

Cost: We want our shipping costs to be plain and simple so they are included within the product cost for items under 2kg. Free delivery includes second class, 3 day delivery aim; if you want first class, 1 day delivery aim for a small extra charge then please choose express delivery at the checkout. This includes custom and personalised items. Please note that delivery lead times do not include processing lead times, delivery lead times are in addition to the lead times above e.g. a non-personalised item would take a total of 4 to 6 working days to be delivered (1 to 3 lead time + 3 day delivery aim).

Return & Exchange Policy

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original order number enclosed within 21 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund.

Please note: this does not include goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements unless faulty. Items can only be returned by the original buyer.
